MetaPhy Health Expands Partnership with St. Thomas Medical Group to Include Rheumatology Care

MetaPhy Health is excited to announce the expansion of its partnership with St. Thomas Medical Group, extending the MyCare Program to the practice’s rheumatology department. This collaboration builds on an existing successful partnership with Saint Thomas’ gastroenterology team, further enhancing care for patients managing chronic conditions.

Through this expansion, St. Thomas’ rheumatology patients will now receive the same exceptional between-visit care as their gastroenterology patients, with personalized support and ongoing health management.
