Jack F. King, Jr., practices in the areas of commercial lending, healthcare, high-growth and emerging companies, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, real estate, tax incentives, and corporate finance. He received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1971 and received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1974.
