General Information:
MetaPhy is looking for an individual that can help improve productivity and efficiency in our operational processes. The right candidate will be able to learn the business and make changes to streamline operational tasks. They would create and manage reporting focused on various metrics and work cross-departmentally as well as offer application support across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot third party applications.
Support the Operations team in the technical onboarding of new hires and upkeep systems.
Organize, coordinate, and validate data loads from outside parties.
Create new processes and procedures to enhance daily operation activities.
Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities.
Coordinate scheduled, ad hoc, and cross-departmental analysis requests for internal and external use.
Interpret, design, and develop appropriate analyses to solve operation problems.
Access data for analysis using business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, SQL, etc.).
Communicate results of analysis to various levels of the organization including Executive Leadership.
Good analytical and problem- solving skills.
Experience in Power BI.
Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and VBA.
Ability to understand the business and provide best practice processes.
Experience in data analytics and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels.
Strong business acumen.
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
Qualifications:
Degree in business administration or a related field required.
3 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar position.
Background in healthcare is a plus.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
