General Information:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Physicians Assistant with significant experience in urology. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in training our Care Coordinators, creating resources and guides for both staff and urology patients, and developing logic in our charting system for specific urological conditions.

What We Offer:

  • $75/hr. (flexible but will depend on skill set and experience)

  • To start the workload will be about 20 hours per month.

  • Contract position currently, but has potential to be full-time or permanent.

  • Hybrid schedule

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our internal team to develop comprehensive trainings for nursing staff, focusing on urology-specific conditions, care practices, and protocols.

  • Create educational materials, resources, and guides tailored to both our nursing staff and urology patients, ensuring clarity and accessibility.

  • Assist in the development of logic within our charting system to prompt relevant questions based on specific urological conditions during patient enrollment and care plan creation.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to nursing staff, addressing any urology-related inquiries or challenges that may arise during patient care.

  • Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in urology care and incorporate best practices into our training and resources.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of urology services into our program.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


  • Physicians Assistant related degree and valid licensure.

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in urology, with a strong understanding of urological conditions, treatments, and protocols.

  • Proven track record of training and educating healthcare professionals, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and charting systems; experience in developing logic for charting systems is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving needs and challenges in the healthcare landscape.

  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.
